Bring your existing lists with you — import customers, vendors, staff, and catalog items straight from a spreadsheet.
Already have a list of customers in a spreadsheet? Don't type them in one by one. You can now import them in bulk from a CSV.

Upload a CSV, match your columns to the fields, and import. We check for duplicates by email as we go, so running the same list twice won't fill your workspace with copies.
It's the fastest way to move in — bring years of contacts and products across in a couple of minutes.
One note: this is for your master data — the people and products you reuse. Invoices and other documents aren't imported; you create those in Papertools, where the numbering, totals, and sending are handled for you.
