Your GST return (GST101) figures, ready to copy.
GST-ready invoicing and bookkeeping for Kiwi small business — your return's figures computed from the books, not from a spreadsheet the night before.
The tax summary speaks GST return (GST101).
As you invoice and record bills, Papertools keeps real double-entry books — and the tax summary dresses those figures in your return’s own labels. When the filing window opens, the numbers are computed, checked, and ready to copy into the form.
- Every box computed from the books — never typed into a side spreadsheet
- The current filing window flagged, past windows kept
- Pre-filing checks: unfinished drafts, unmatched bank lines and unlocked periods are flagged before you file
- Filing cycles differ by business here — pick yours once in Settings and the windows follow it

The rest of the paperwork, in local words too.
Documents that say GST
Invoices render as “Tax Invoice” and totals speak of GST — the words your customers and your accountant expect, straight out of the box.
Statutory IDs where they belong
Staff and vendor records carry the ID fields your country’s paperwork actually asks about — typed once, shown where they matter.
Your calendar, your money
Currency, timezone, fiscal year and date style are per-workspace settings — the books run on your clock, not a foreign one.
Paper-Ai knows the words
Ask the built-in assistant about your GST return (GST101) and it answers with your workspace’s own figures and filing window — not a generic paragraph.
Everything else, everywhere
Quotes, recurring invoices, payroll, inventory, bank matching and the full report set — the whole feature map works the same in every country.
Papertools computes these figures from your books and shows them in your return’s labels — it does not lodge returns or give filing advice. Whether a figure belongs on your return is a question for a local accountant, and we’d say so even if you didn’t ask.
