How many invoices you SEND, plus sales receipts you create, each calendar month. With invoices only the first send counts — drafting, editing, deleting, and re-sending are all free. Bills, estimates, expenses, and other documents are unlimited; Enterprise has no cap.

Bills, estimates, payment receipts, vouchers, and expenses — none of these are capped on any tier. Only invoices and sales receipts count toward the monthly cap.

Total unique customers in your workspace. Archived customers don't count toward the cap, so you can rotate inactive clients out to free up slots.

Team members with login access to this workspace. Each has their own role and permissions — owner, admin, member, or read-only.

Cumulative size of file uploads (PDFs, receipts, logos, attachments) stored in your workspace. Deleting files frees up quota immediately.

How long Papertools keeps your records. Essential auto-archives anything older than 1 year (still recoverable on upgrade); paid tiers keep everything forever.

Your workspace logo (any common image format — we convert it for crisp printing), address, and brand colors print on every document PDF. Included on every plan, even free.

Paid plans remove the small 'Powered by papertools.app' line from your document PDFs and the online payment page. Free documents carry it.

Opens WhatsApp (or your device's share sheet) with a pre-filled message + a link to the document — you send from your own app. No per-message cost, every tier.

Papertools emails the document with the PDF attached via our managed provider — no app-switching. Free on every tier.

What customers see in the 'From' line when Papertools auto-sends. Every workspace sends from its own branded address (yourbiz@…). Business and up ride Papertools' premium mail.papertools.app sending domain; free workspaces send via via.papertools.app.

Schedules that auto-generate invoices (retainers, subscriptions), bills (rent, regular vendor costs), and pay runs on a repeating cadence. Each run drops in as a draft to review. Manual invoices, bills, and pay runs are free on every tier.

Generate and send a customer statement (open invoices + payment history + running balance) on demand from the customer record.

Select multiple invoices or statements at once and send them all in a single action — useful for end-of-month batches.

Drop a PDF bank statement, or snap a photo of a receipt or supplier invoice — Paper-Ai reads it into transaction lines or a pre-filled form for your review. Statements are verified by a running-balance check; nothing saves without you. CSV import is free on every plan.

Tell Papertools what you need — "invoice for Ali, two chairs, due Friday" — and it drafts and updates real invoices for your review, picking only from this workspace's own customers, items and tax rates. It never saves anything itself, answers nothing off-topic, and the workspace owner can switch it off for everyone.

When your accountant asks for the books, hand them over: one clean CSV bundle of your invoices, payments, bills, and expenses — the detail they need at tax time, in files anything can read. From Reports → Accountant export.

Every plan can email support and use the Help Center. Paid plans jump the queue — Business replies come ahead of free plans; Enterprise is answered first.
