Put your logo and brand color on every document — set once under Settings → Branding.

Your logo and brand color make every document unmistakably yours. Set them once and they appear on every invoice, estimate, and receipt you send.

Set your branding

  1. Open Settings → Branding.
  2. Upload your logo. Any image works — Papertools converts it for you, and it appears in your document headers.
  3. Pick your accent color. Choose from the palette or set your own — it runs through your document headings, totals, and details, in whatever layout you've chosen.

Changes save as you go.

Good to know

  • Your logo is available on every plan.
  • Prefer no logo? Turn off Show logo on documents and your header uses just your business name.
  • On the free Essential plan, documents carry a small "Powered by Papertools" footer — it's removed on paid plans.

Your business details — address, contact, and tax numbers — live under Settings → General, and appear on your documents too.
