Connect Stripe

Link your Stripe account so customers can pay invoices online — money lands straight in your account.

Getting paid

Connecting Stripe lets your customers pay invoices online by card, with the money going straight into your own Stripe account. Online payments are available on the Business plan and up.

Connect your account

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → Stripe.
  2. Choose Connect Stripe.
  3. You'll be taken to Stripe to sign in — or create an account if you don't have one yet — and approve the connection.
  4. That's it. You're sent back to Papertools, now connected.

Once connected, you can add a Pay online button to your invoices.

Good to know

  • It's your Stripe account. Payments go directly to you, and Papertools takes no cut — you only pay Stripe's standard processing fee.
  • You can disconnect any time from the same screen.
  • No Stripe account yet? You'll create one during the connect flow — it only takes a few minutes.
