Create your workspace

Set up a workspace for your business — its name, URL, and the country that sets your currency and tax defaults.

Getting started

A workspace holds everything for one business — its documents, customers, branding, and team. You can run more than one from a single login, so each business (or client) stays cleanly separated.

Create one

After you sign up and confirm your email, Papertools takes you straight to the create-workspace screen. Just fill it in:

  1. Business name — this appears on your documents. You can rename it any time from Settings.
  2. Workspace URL (your @handle) — filled in from your name automatically. Adjust it if you like: lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens.
  3. Country — this sets your currency, tax, and date defaults, so your invoices are formatted correctly from the start.

Then choose Create workspace, and you're in.

Make it yours

Add your business details under Settings → General (address, contact, tax numbers), and your logo and brand color under Settings → Branding. They all appear on every invoice, estimate, and receipt you send.
