Bring your existing lists into Papertools in one go — customers, vendors, staff, and catalog items.

Moving to Papertools with lists already in a spreadsheet? Import them in bulk instead of typing each one in.

You can import your master data:

  • Customers and vendors
  • Staff
  • Catalog items — products and services

Import a list

  1. Go to the list you want to fill — Customers, Vendors, Staff, or Products / Services.
  2. Choose Import.
  3. Upload your CSV file.
  4. Match your spreadsheet's columns to Papertools' fields, then confirm.

We check for duplicates by email as we go, so importing the same list twice won't create copies.

Good to know

  • Prepare your file as a CSV — Excel and Google Sheets both export one.
  • Imports respect your plan's limits — you can't go over your customer or item cap.
  • This is for master data only. Invoices and other documents aren't imported — you create those in Papertools.
