Once Stripe is connected, your sent invoices carry a Pay online link automatically — customers pay by card in seconds.

Getting paid

Once you've connected Stripe on a paid plan, taking online payments is automatic — there's nothing to switch on per invoice.

How it works

  • Every invoice you send carries a Pay online link, added for you.
  • Your customer opens it and pays by card — no account, no sign-up.
  • The invoice marks itself paid, and a receipt goes out to them automatically.
  • The money lands in your own Stripe account.

That's the whole loop: send, they pay, it's recorded — hands-free.

Customize your payment page

Under Settings → Branding, you can shape the public payment page:

  • Add a short welcome message — it's your first impression.
  • Turn on partial payments to let customers pay any amount up to the total — handy for retainers or large invoices.
