Read your dashboard

Your dashboard is the money-at-a-glance view — what you're owed, what you owe, what needs attention, and how cash is moving.

Reports & insights

Your dashboard is the first thing you see, and it's built entirely from the documents you create — no setup, no spreadsheets. Here's how to read it.

The numbers up top

  • Outstanding (A/R) — money customers still owe you, from unpaid invoices.
  • Payable (A/P) — money you owe, from unpaid bills (shown once you're using the Bills module).

Each shows a trend against the previous period, so you can tell whether it's climbing or shrinking.

Needs attention

Anything that wants action — like overdue invoices — is surfaced here, so nothing slips through the cracks.

The charts

  • Money in — what you've been paid over time.
  • Money out — bills, expenses, and payroll (whichever modules you use).
  • Cash flow — the two together, so you can see your net position.

Everything updates live as you create and get paid on documents — and drafts don't count, so only sent and recorded documents move these numbers.
