Send any document straight from Papertools — a branded PDF by email, or a ready-to-go WhatsApp message.
Every document has a Send menu with a few ways to get it to your customer. Open any invoice, estimate, or receipt and choose Send.
Pick Email and confirm, and Papertools sends a branded PDF plus a link to view it online. Replies come back to your business email, so the conversation lands with you, not us. You'll see the send recorded on the document, so you always know what went out and when.
Pick WhatsApp and Papertools opens a chat with a friendly, ready-to-send message and the document link already filled in — just hit send. It opens the app on your phone, or WhatsApp Web on a computer.
Both work for every customer-facing document, not just invoices — and sending an invoice this way also starts tracking it toward payment.
