Share a document with a link

Every invoice, estimate, and receipt you create gets its own private link, ready the moment you save it. Instead of attaching a PDF, you can just send the link.

Share it

Open the document and choose Send, then pick a channel:

• WhatsApp — opens a chat with a ready-to-send message and the link.
• Copy link — paste it into an email, a text, anywhere.
• Share — hand it to your phone's native share sheet.

Whoever you send it to opens a clean, read-only view right in their browser — no account, no sign-in, nothing to install. They can read it on any device and download the PDF if they want a copy.

Good to know

• The link always shows the current version, so there's no stale attachment sitting in someone's inbox.
• It works for invoices, estimates, sales receipts, and payment receipts.
