Understand your plan and limits
See which plan you're on, what it includes, and where to compare plans — all from Settings → Billing.
Every workspace is on a plan, and you can see and manage yours under Settings → Billing.
Your plan at a glance
The billing page shows your current plan and what it includes. Papertools has three:
- Essential — free, with the core tools to invoice and get paid.
- Business — for growing businesses: higher limits and paid features like online card payments.
- Enterprise — the same full feature set as Business, built for higher volume.

Limits
Each plan has a few limits, like how many invoices you can send in a month. You'll see a clear prompt as you approach one, and reaching a limit simply invites you to upgrade — nothing you've created is ever locked away.
One thing worth knowing: only sent invoices count toward an invoice limit. Drafts are free and unlimited, so you can prepare as many as you like.
