Update your profile and password

Your account is you, the person — separate from any workspace. It's where your name, photo, password, and sign-in email live. Reach it from the account menu in the top corner, or at papertools.app/account.

Your profile

On the General page you can:

• Set your display name and phone — how you appear to teammates across shared workspaces.
• Add a profile photo.

Password and email

Under Security you can:

• Change your password — enter your current one, then the new one.
• Change your sign-in email — you'll confirm from the new address to finish, and we notify your old address so you'd know if it wasn't you.

Good to know

• Your account is shared across every workspace you belong to — update your name once and it's current everywhere.
• Changing your sign-in email doesn't change the addresses on your documents — those come from your workspace's business details.
