Drafts edit, everything else gets fixed

A draft is yours to change freely. Once a document has been sent, paid, or posted to the books, the Fix this door opens instead — and it explains your options side by side:

• Edit details — the words and the paper (notes, references, attachments) unlock on every document, in every state. Words were never money.
• Edit in place — a sent invoice can be corrected with the change on record, so what your customer holds and what your books say are reconciled honestly.
• Unwind — a paid document walks you back a step at a time, payments first, instead of hitting a dead end.
• Void and redo — the classic remedy, kept whole: the record stays, the number stays, the books reverse cleanly.

The books stay protected

Finished months stay finished. A document matched to a bank statement line can't slip out from under its match. And a voided document keeps its place in history — nothing ever just disappears.
