Every drive, written down
A mileage log for business driving — proof behind your transport costs, and one click from a month of trips to a single clean expense.
Transport is the cost that always gets questioned. The new mileage log writes the answer down as it happens — every business drive with its date, route, distance, and purpose. Off by default; turn it on under Settings → Features (it lives under Expenses).
Log it in seconds
Date, from, to, distance — that's a trip. Round trip doubles the distance with one tap, saved routes make repeat drives a single pick, and the + beside Mileage in the menu logs one from anywhere in the app.
A month of trips, one expense
Set your per-kilometre (or per-mile) rate, and one press converts a month's trips into one draft expense — distance × rate, categorised under Transport, with every trip listed behind it as proof. Nothing enters your books until you approve the draft, and deleting it frees the trips again.
Or keep it as pure proof
Already booking fuel and toll receipts as expenses? Tell the log so, and it becomes evidence-only — no converting, no double counting. The trips still back your receipts when anyone asks, and the CSV export hands your accountant the full schedule.
Built to stand up to questions
A log is only proof if it's honest, so the honesty is built in:
- Trip dates can't be set in the future — a log written at the time is the one that counts.
- Lock a month in your books and its trips lock with it.
- The export shows when each entry was logged, not just when it was driven.
- Trips inside an expense are frozen until that draft is deleted.
